Feedback and coaching continues for MCC 360

In light of the announcement that the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) will be winding down all Saegis operations by the end of December 2022, and will be discontinuing Saegis Feedback and Coaching: MCC 360, the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) would like to offer some clarity on the MCC 360 program’s coaching component.

As of today, there is no change in the availability of feedback and coaching to our MCC 360 clients. The MCC plans to work directly with the coaches that had been contracted with Saegis in order to continue to provide ongoing coaching support to our MCC 360 participants.

Any future plans for the evolution of the coaching component will be shared as they become available, but we do not anticipate any interruption of service to our clients.

Saegis has been an invaluable partner and advocate for the MCC 360 program, and we are saddened that this collaboration will soon be ending.
