September 2026 TDM Examination – Application is now closed

Application for the September 2026 Therapeutics Decision-Making (TDM) Examination is closed. The upcoming examination dates are available on our Scheduling page.

The TDM Examination is primarily intended for internationally trained physicians seeking admission to a Practice-Ready Assessment (PRA) program. As exam applications are now administered by the Medical Council of Canada (MCC), eligible candidates can apply for the exam directly through the MCC during the designated application period, without an invitation or approval from a PRA program.

Application for the January 2027 TDM Examination is expected to open in fall 2026. More information will be published on our Eligibility and application page in late summer.
