Canada Post strike update

The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) is aware of the ongoing Canada Post strike and its potential impact on the timely delivery of documents. This may affect the receipt of applications, Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) reports, and Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) certificates sent through regular mail. 

To minimize delays, we encourage candidates to: 

• Submit applications electronically through physiciansapply.ca for faster processing. 

• Consider using courier services for any required physical documents. 

Please note that candidates who choose to receive their ECA report or LMCC certificate via regular mail may experience delays due to postal disruptions.
