Application for Medical Registration (AMR) – Transaction confirmation

This notice applies to candidates who have submitted, through their physiciansapply.ca account, an Application for Medical Registration (AMR) to a medical regulatory authority. To obtain the AMR transaction confirmation, candidates must log into their physiciansapply.ca account and on the Home page:

1. Click on Account summary in the left panel
2. Click on Credit Card Payment in the right panel
3. Click on the PDF under Credit Card Payment called Transaction confirmation to print the confirmation
