His research program focuses on technology enhanced medical education (online educational resources, simulation, and learning analytics) with a growing interest in the use of data for organizational development. Currently, he is codeveloping the Toronto Metropolitan University\u2019s School of Medicine as the Interim Dean of Postgraduate Medical Education while maintaining his role as a professor of emergency medicine at the University of Saskatchewan.
