College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
The CPSA engages physicians in MCC 360 as one feedback component of their quality improvement initiatives. They partnered with the MCC for the MCC 360 proof of concept pilot in 2017, and was the first partner to take the program operational. In 1999 and in collaboration with the University of Calgary, the CPSA developed the original Physician Achievement Review tool on which MCC 360 is based.
College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
The College is piloting MCC 360 in spring 2019 as part of its Physician Practice Enhancement Program, which supports their high standards of practice to ensure patients receive quality care.
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)
The CPSM is using MCC 360 in their new Quality Improvement Program for physicians, designed to promote quality improvement throughout the span of a physician’s career and help ensure the provision of safe care to Manitobans.
Royal Inland Hospital (RIH)
The RIH, located in Kamloops, B.C., is partnering with MCC to run a pilot of MCC 360 with emergency physicians, as part of their Emergency Department Physician Performance Improvement Project. The outcome from this partnership will contribute to the development of an MCC 360 survey designed specifically for episodic care.
MCC 360-Saegis Feedback and Coaching Program
Different options will be available for offering feedback and coaching support to physicians receiving MCC 360 reports.
NOTE: We are piloting the MCC 360 as a self-selecting tool, and it is currently only available in English. Please continue to monitor our website for the launch of the French self-selecting tool.
